As you may know, I'm trying to strengthen my portrait skills so I thought entering the Dark Shadows - Barnabas Portrait contest would be a fun thing to do, whether or not I win anything. :) I am actually quite excited for this movie; I saw the trailer a while ago and my entire family was laughing out loud in the theater, haha.

This is rather cool! I had actually never heard of the character until the movie started being spoken about, and I am excited. I always thought Johnny Depp would make a fantastic vampire! I love the shading work you did, and how "rough" the image looks, it makes it that much more artistic in fee. He looks a TAD cross-eyed up close, though.
